Carers Action Group

The Carers Action Group was set up by the Learning Disability Partnership Board. 

The chair of the group is Steph Chapman who is a family carer. She is also the  regional family carer representative on the Regional Programme Board and the regional representative  on the National Valuing Families Forum.
