A – How the Health Action Planning Group works?

	There is Health Action Planning Group in Leicester City.
	The group meets every 3 months
	There is a steering group that meets in between the big meeting to talk about what has been done and to plan future agenda items
	There are 3 working groups that meet in between the big meeting in order to make things happen. 1. Hard to Reach Groups 2. The Black and Ethnic Minority Groups 3. The Tools and Guidance Group
