My name is Carole Shelton and I am the Person Centred Planning Co-ordinator for Leicester City.

My job includes working with the City Council’s Workforce Development Team to help plan and deliver training around Person Centred Planning. I will support people who have been through the training to use Person Centred Planning tools to help change people’s lives.

I am responsible for writing a Person Centred Planning Strategy that will help Leicester to think about how Person Centred Approaches can help to change the lives of people with learning disabilities.

My name is David Brown and I am a Person Centred Planning Assistant at Leicester City Council.

I help to keep this website up to date with Person Centred Planning Information. I have been visiting residential homes to find out how Person Centred they are. I have a Person Centred Plan and can help other people put their plans onto computer. I am interested in how being healthy, and good communication, support Person Centred Planning.

My name is Peter Penfold and I am a Person Centred Planning Assistant at Leicester City Council.

I help support services think about how they need to change to be more Person Centred. I am very interested in Transport issues, and helping people to get out and about.
